New World Stainless was founded on the belief that building a premier production facility requires a Quality Program that permeates the organization. It is a way of thinking and doing business, and it is the only way we know. We understand that the quality of our tubing is a direct reflection of our organization and our ability to collectively capture the extensive experience of our team members. ‘Quality Assurance’ is not a job for one person, but the responsibility of everyone, and our lineup of professionals has purposely been composed of individuals that share this vision.

Quality Management
Our Quality Management system is based on continuous improvement while working to comply with the latest ISO-9002 standard. To this end, we employ a variety of tools to maintain control of our manufacturing processes. Testing proficiency is a key attribute of team members in the production department. Procedural documentation and digital recording of critical procedures enables us to fine tune production and makes our entire production process traceable.

Metallurgical Laboratory Services
In addition to these testing methods, we offer complete metallurgical laboratory services and have the ability to provide continuous, digitally recorded documentation of heat treatment, eddy current, and hydrostatic testing procedures.
